Digitalization Co-Op Intern | Clemson University Computer Science Undergraduate Student
I am an Eagle Scout with strong leadership and teamwork skills. I believe through perseverance no task is insurmountable.
Schaeffler Group Americas
May 2023 - August 2023
During the summer of 2023, I will be returning to Schaeffler for a second Co-Op rotation where I will continue the work from my first rotation the previous summer: developing new and innovative digital solutions and applications using various technologies such as VR, AR, RFID, machine learning, and more.
Clemson University - Human AI Empowerment Laboratory
January 2023 - Present
Topic: Multi-Screen Interaction in Mixed Reality Work Environments in the Metaverse
Working in augmented work environments helps workers overcome physical limitations-- such as having a fixed number of monitors. In this project, we are developing multi-screen experiences in which workers can use their computers while wearing Extended Reality headsets while having access to augmented workspaces. Additionally, AI models are trained to learn from user behavior and provide recommendations on how to better distribute the virtual elements in the user's workspace.
Clemson Univserity - Clemson Computing and Information Technology
February 2022 - Present
As a Laptop Support employee of Clemson Computing Information Technology, my duties involve troubleshooting and fixing student and faculty devices, whether that be laptops, mobile phones, or something else entirely. I am the second level of support; if the problem can not be efficiently solved by the help desk or call center, the customer is passed to the laptop support team where we work to reach a solution.
Clemson University

Grade: Junior according to credits earned.
Activities and societies: Human AI Empowerment Virtual Reality Research, Residents In Science and Engineering, Marching Band, Clemson University Symphony Orchestra
I am a student at Clemson University where I study Computer Science as my major and Business Administration as my minor. In my free time I like to read books, code fun programs for day to day tasks, and play my tuba.
C/C++ languages were learned in Programming Methodology and Computer Organization classes at Clemson.
Java language was learned in Software Foundations class at Clemson.
Python was self-taught by watching informative videos about how to program discord bots. The source code for one of the bots is in my github.
HTML, CSS, and JavaScript were learned from a Udemy course titled, "Learn Complete Front-End Web Development Course (2023)."
My researching knowledge comes from my time with the Human AI Empowerment Lab where I frequently research topics and write papers on them for the benefit of the lab team. The VR application we are developing is based on that grounded theory research.
I have frequently been exposed to great teamworking environments as both a leader and participator. At Schaeffler, I function on a team that develops digital solutions. In the HAIE lab, I participate on a team that is collectively researching a new and interesting technology. As Laptop Support, I work with a team that solves individual device problems from individual people. On my journey to Eagle Scout, I was fortunate to lead a successful project in which my team worked for a collective 188 hours to complete an outdoor classroom to facilitate the betterment of education.
I am a strong leader that has experience managing a team from start to finish on an intensive project. My Eagle Scout project involved coordinating a team, sourcing materials, setting time goals and hitting them, getting a proposal approved, and of course, completing the work. My project consisted of building enough benches to support class of approximately 30 students in the outdoors. This involved making a path, remulching an existing area, and building and installing the benches themselves. The result was a highly successful outdoor classroom that can be used by teachers and clubs.
